To make it easier for you to find us, we have integrated map material from the Google Maps service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (‘Google’) into our website via an API. In order to display the content in your browser, Google must receive your IP address, otherwise Google would not be able to provide you with this integrated content. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. (b) GDPR, as the IP address is required to be able to deliver the content to you. In this processing, our cooperation with Google is based on a joint controllership agreement pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR, which can be accessed here
https://privacy.google.com/intl/de/businesses/mapscontrollerterms/

Google Web Fonts are transferred to the cache of your browser to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font. Calling up font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the libraries. It is theoretically possible - although it is currently unclear whether and for what purposes - that operators of such libraries collect data. The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

§ 9 Legal bases
In accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, we inform you of the legal basis of our data processing.

  • Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
  • For the processing of personal data that is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures.
  • Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which we are subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
  • The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
  • The legal basis for the processing of personal data using technically necessary cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. The legal basis for the processing of personal data using cookies for analysis purposes is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
  • If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of us or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the former interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.
